Although Staga Motorsports LLC. has made every effort to display the products as accurately as possible, you acknowledge and understand that all images are for illustration purposes only, and the delivered product may slightly differ in design and/or included accessories. Vehicles shown may include additional accessories not included with the purchase of the listed product. Staga Motorsports LLC does not guarantee the availability of any additional accessories or materials shown with listed products that are not expressly included with the purchase of said product.  


Professional installation by an experienced aftermarket aerodynamic installer is required on all products. Modification of OEM parts, including but not limited to lighting, brackets, crash bars, and exhaust systems, may be required.  


ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD FOR SHOW PURPOSES AND/OR OFF-ROAD USE ONLY. Any damage or injury as a result of improper use of this product is the sole responsibility of the user. Products may require additional materials, accessories, or installation hardware in order to be properly mounted to the intended vehicle. These necessary products may not be included with the product, and lack of inclusion in no way guarantees correct installation with only the product and materials provided. Hood pins are 100% recommended.  Staga motorsports does not drill holes for pins.  


Please note. Due to variances, models may be different strictly from the manufacturer. Staga is not responsible for fitting. Miss alignment might occur as there are different variances in models and or on vehicles involved in accidents.   


All products are handcrafted and made in the USA. Small blemishes are possible. We strive to lay up to perfection. However, due to the fabric material small imperfections, tiny blemishes or slight distortion are possible and are inevitable.   


Prices are subject to change at any time. Purchases are subject to applicable taxes to be paid by the purchaser, and do not include any applicable shipping charges. All prices are shown in US Dollars.   


Products are NOT IN STOCK. Orders are fulfilled upon purchase; product wait time is approximately 6-8 weeks. Many times, it's a lot sooner. For special Custom add-ons orders there is a special time frame, no refund applicable. Cancellation and restocking will incur a fee. A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible return items, except in cases where the return was necessitated by our error. We cannot provide exchanges or refunds for items that have been installed or used.  




Staga Motorsports LLC. our products to be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials when used for their intended purposes. This limited warranty shall extend for a period of 15 days from the date of delivery to the original “end user” customer. This warranty is non-transferable. Any part of a Staga Motorsports LLC product that is covered by this warranty and that is found in the reasonable judgment of Staga Motorsports LLC. to be defective in materials or workmanship will be replaced or refunded in part, or in full, at the request of the customer. Staga Motorsports LLC. reserves the right to override the request regarding replacement or refund. For example, Staga Motorsports LLC. will not replace or refund a complete body kit if a single component is found to be defective.  


The following situations are not covered by warranty:  

• Product that has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident; or that has been improperly installed.  

• Product that has been already installed or used or publicizes in any social media platforms   

• Product that has been modified or altered from its original manufactured state.  

• Costs incurred by the purchaser, such as transportation, additional labor costs, time, towing, storage, premium (air or overnight) freight charges, rental costs of any type, logistics, importing fees, taxes and duties, or economic losses, etc.  



i. If a product should fail due to a manufacturer’s defect within the stated warranty period, Staga Motorsports LLC will repair or replace the failed product.  


ii. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correct size and application of the parts before installation, and to ensure that proper installation is performed. Problems or failure caused by improper installation are not covered under the Staga Motorsports LLC Limited Warranty.  


iii. Warranty claims shall be serviced by the applicable seller (Staga Motorsports LLC or Authorized Dealer/Reseller).  


iv. If an item is returned and exhibits damage not covered by the Staga Motorsports LLC Limited Warranty, a quote will be generated for repair or replacement, plus delivery to the owner. At that time, the owner will have a choice to either pay for the repair or replacement, or request that the item be returned without any action taken by Staga Motorsports LLC. If Warranty requirements are met, the repaired or replaced item will be returned without charge and will continue to be covered for the balance of the original warranty period.  


v. All return shipments must be freight prepaid and insured (against loss or damage) with tracking number. No C.O.D. shipments will be accepted. If the warranty claim is fulfilled, the additional shipping expenses incurred will be compensated.  


vi. Staga Motorsports LLC is not responsible for any labor or inconvenience charges incurred by the customer.  




All custom orders and Sale Items are FINAL and non-refundable.   


Staga Motorsports has a 24-hour return policy. Please, do not accept a damaged package from the carrier. Once an order is delivered it is the customer's responsibility to open and inspect the product. Contact Staga Motorsports within 24 hours to make a claim. Shipment is nonrefundable, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.  


To be eligible for a refund or credit, the returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, in pristine condition, and received by Staga motorsports within 10 days from the original receipt of the product. Customers must pay shipping and once the item is accepted and approved a complete refund will be considered. Damaged, installed, or deformed items will not receive any credit. No exceptions are made. All returned items will be inspected prior to issuing any refunds or credits.   


i. Retail customers that purchased products from an Authorized Dealer/Reseller must contact their respective dealer/reseller to initiate the return process.  


ii. Retail customers that purchased products directly from Staga Motorsports LLC may contact Staga Motorsports LLC Customer Service at (909) 516-8484 or info@stagausa.com to request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.   


When emailing for an RMA number, please include the following information: copy of the invoice, brief description of the problem, full name, return email address (if different from the originating e-mail), shipping address, phone number and best time to call.   


Once an RMA number is received from Staga Motorsports LLC, it should be clearly marked on the outside of the box. The following information must be included inside the box: A copy of the invoice, reason for return, name, phone number, and return address. Ship the return package to: Staga Motorsports LLC, Attn: RMA Department, 4755 Lanier Rd. Chino, CA 91710.
